He immediately
furthered his
education and
continually upskilled his
coaching
qualifications
attaining a Diploma
of Swim Teaching and
an Accredited High
Performance coach.
A full time
career coach for 10
years, Paul is
currently a swim
coach here and has
also coached at
Miami Olympic Pool,
St Hilda's School
and Gulliver's.
Paul was the
recipient of two
Prime Ministerial
coaching
scholarships which
shaped his coaching
philosophies and
knowledge of athlete
development.
Given the
responsibility of
creating an Academy
in New Zealand, 45
of the 75 academy
students when on to
become full time
professional
athletes.
Paul has spent
time working with
professional coaches
and toured Great
Britain as assistant
coach to master
coach, Wayne
Bennett.
With Paul's
international
experience and
specialised
qualifications, your
children are in
